RECOMMENDED USAGE

Take two capsules of Upswing just before drinking. If required, take an additional two capsules before bed. Remember, Upswing is not a miracle cure! You must always drink responsibly and consume plenty of water before bed.

INGREDIENTS

L-CYSTEINE (1100MG): A naturally-occurring amino acid that helps the body metabolise acetaldehyde, which is the toxic by-product of alcohol consumption. L-Cysteine is the main ingredient in Upswing’s formulation.

VITAMIN C (160MG): Evidence shows that absorbing Vitamin C in combination with L-Cysteine creates powerful synergistic effects, further accelerating the breakdown of alcohol toxicity.

VITAMIN B1 (2.4MG): Drinking alcohol has been shown to reduce Vitamin B1 absorption. Deficiencies in B1 trigger irritability and anxiety, so supplementation before and after drinking is necessary.

VITAMIN B2 (2.8MG): According to the US National Institutes of Health, Vitamin B2 counteracts alcohol-related discomfort in a variety of ways, including by reducing headaches, increasing energy, and boosting your body’s antioxidant defences.
